Strategy and direction
When an organisation knows where it wants to go, but is unsure how technology should help it get there.
I help corporations connect business objectives with technology — from strategy and procurement, through audits, to leading complex projects.

Business × technology × organisation
I have been a project manager, the leader of a team of more than one hundred people, a director and a management board member. Today I bring that perspective to my work as an independent advisor and auditor.
When to bring me in
When an organisation knows where it wants to go, but is unsure how technology should help it get there.
When a purchasing decision calls for more than comparing features, prices and sales presentations.
When stakeholders, vendors and technology teams need to align around a shared objective.
When a project, requirements, architecture, proposal or delivery plan needs an independent perspective.
Approach
I begin by understanding the situation rather than arriving with a predetermined answer.
I help ask the right questions, structure the available options and make a decision grounded in business, technology and organisational reality.
Sometimes the outcome is a strategy. Sometimes it is a change in project scope, a vendor selection — or a well-founded decision not to proceed.
Cross-sector experience
Over the years, I have delivered projects across the full spectrum of the economy — from highly regulated sectors to manufacturing and retail.
Knowledge in circulation
I have spoken at conferences, led business sessions and shared practical knowledge through university lectures.
Experience
From project delivery and Business Intelligence, through sales and business development, to executive management and independent audit. My experience spans financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.

How I work
The problem, stakeholders, constraints and the real objective.
Separate facts, assumptions, risks and vendor interests.
One the organisation can genuinely follow.
